RETURN POLICY
Thank you for shopping with us at Vagabond Apparel! We want you to love your purchases. We offer In-store and Online Orders Store Credit or Exchange only if returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items that were purchased, need to be returned in the same, "sellable" condition as when originally purchased. i.e: not washed, not worn, not damaged, and with all original tags and accessories attached.
Final Sale on all Markdown Item, Bikinis, Sunglasses, Undergarments and Hair Accessories.
Shipping fees will not be reimbursed for returned purchases.
ALL RETURNS MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:
- Product must be returned within 14 days of you receiving your order.
- Product must not be worn, altered, damaged, or washed.
- Merchandise must have all tags and accessories attached.
- Footwear must include the original shoe box, in its original condition.
- When an item is returned, shipping charges are not refunded.
- Only Store Credit or Exchanges are available
- No Refunds
- You are responsible for the costs of shipping any item back to Vagabond Apparel
HOW TO RETURN YOUR PURCHASE:
- Repackage your item you wish to return with the receipt enclosed.
- Please indicate why you are returning the item.
- If you wish to exchange please let us know which item and size you will be exchanging for
- Send back return items, using any trackable method, to:

IMPORTANT: Be sure to insure the package for its full value and request tracking proof of delivery. We cannot be responsible for any items lost in the mail or damaged upon return.
ONCE ITEM IS RECEIVED BACK TO VAGABOND APPAREL:
- Upon receiving and processing the returned item(s), Vagabond Apparel, will issue a Store Credit for the cost of the returned item(s), plus sales tax. The Store Credit Number will be emailed to the customer.
- If you indicate that you wish to exchange an item for one of greater value, those charges will be applied to your credit card along with new shipping charges and a new receipt will be issued.
- Original shipping charges, your costs to return item(s), and charges to ship exchanged item(s), if applicable, will not be refunded.
SHIPPING & IN-STORE PICK-UP
SHIPPING:
Online orders will be shipped within 2 business days of ordering. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be fulfilled and shipped on Monday.
Shipped orders will be sent via USPS or UPS with a tracking number. We are not responsible for any damages, lost or stolen packages, not are we responsible for incorrect addresses provided at check out.
You will be notified of any shipping delays and items that are out of stock or backordered. Should any other unforeseen delays occur, you will be notified via email.
IN-STORE PICK UP:
If you choose to use our in-store pick-up option, you will be notified via email when your purchase is ready to be picked up. In-store pick-up orders are normally ready with in 24 hours of your order being placed. We kindly ask that you pick up all in-store pick-up orders within 7 days of purchase.
We are a small business and many of our items are limited in quantities, on occasion we may be sold out of an item and will contact you with other product options to fulfill your order or a refund.
