Shipping policy
Vagabond Apparel is not liable for any packages that are delayed or lost due to the postal service. If a package is not received by the 20th day a claim with the postal service can be made to recover expenses from the lost package. The postal company will require the customer to fill out an affidavit stating that the package was never received. Once this is completed and refunds are recouped from the postal service, Vagabond Apparel will refund the customer, which can take up to 30 days.
Vagabond Apparel is not responsible for any delays in shipping. Once the package is dropped off to the postal service, it is out of our control. Customers are able to pay for expedited shipping if they need the package by a certain date
